Mix & Match

This cold SPRING evening I want to show you this awesome granny square blanket I crocheted rather long time ago. This was the first order for a such kind of a crochet blanket. I crocheted the squares together "as I go" here for the first time & I succeeded I'm sure. Hope soon will manage to write a post how I usually make it. The previous granny squares I just sewn together in a blanket using a needle & yarns (this blanket I crocheted for my family, being waiting for Eva). In one of the pictures you can see the close up, but I really should make a tut how I crochet. The pictures remind me of summer days...when it's warm & sunny... Don't be afraid of matching & mixing up the colors you like! It's always such a funny & exiting experience to get something new as the result. Here are the simplest granny squares with double crochet, but a separate color plays a great role in a whole blanket! 

Этим холодным ВЕСЕННИМ вечером хочу поделиться с вами фотографиями яркого пледа, который я вязала давольно давно. Этот плед был первым заказом такого рода. И в нем я впервые попробовала связать плед в стиле безотрывного вязания, т. к. свой первый опыт вязания чего-то большого из разного размера квадратиков мне не очень понравился (это я говорю вообще о самом первом пледе, который я связала для себя будучи беременной). На одной из фотографий видно, как связаны квадраты вместе, но, я правда, очень хочу сделать подробное описание, как я это делаю. Надеюсь, в ближайшем будущем! Вообще этот плед мне напоминает о лете и теплых солнечных днях...Хочу вам сказать, чтобы вы не боялись экспериментировать с цветами, мешайте и пробуйте что-то новое, это всегда увлекательно и весело получать неожиданный результат. Здесь использовались самые обычные бабушкины квадраты, а что делает с обычными квадратами цвет вы сами видите!

Easter Theme

Hi there :) You know...it's Easter soon, one of my fave holiday of the year :) Want to show you how I decorated our house. There are plenty of different traditions in different countries. I know in some  European countries & in the USA people decorate their houses & trees with bunny statuettes,  colorful eggs & wreaths. So here I'm going to show how you can make bright & colorful eggs by yourself using different kind & color of yarns, scissors & scotch tape  :)

Всем привет! Вы знаете, скоро первый весенний праздник, Пасха! Лично для меня это первый вестник настоящей весны и тепла! И это один из немногих мною горячо любимых праздников в году :)  Существует много различных традиций в разных странах. Знаю во многих европейских странах и в США люди украшают дома и сады статуэтками зайцев и развешивают на деревьях разноцветные яйца и пестрые венки на дверях. А сегодня хочу рассказать, как я украшала наш дом в этот светлый день, используя только яйца (их можно купить в магазинах для декора и рукоделия, пенопластовые), ножницы, двусторонний скотч и раноцветные нитки, какие у вас есть :)

A Beautiful Pastel Blanket For A Little Girl

Hi there my readers & followers! I haven't written for a long-long time! There were some reasons: traveling, holidays & of course my laziness between my crocheting. 

So I consider this post is a little amazement for you :) 

I've accumulated plenty of new exciting pictures & tutorials! Will try to write much more often for you! (I promise))) One more news - I decided to make my blog bilingual. I'l try to do my best to write bigger posts. 

Here is one of that bunch of crocheted baby blankets by my momma & me :) This was made for a newborn girl. The hat is so cute :) I wish my Eva be such a little baby now so that I could crochet such cuties for her too.

Всем привет и здравствуйте! Я не писала очень давно, на то были разные причины...путешествия, переезды, праздники, и в том числе и лень (скорей всего))) 

Итак, наверное, вас этот пост удивит немного :) 

У меня тут накопилось за это время, конечно, много очень материалов для вас. Хочу написать несколько постов-туториалов. Думаю вам будет интересно. И, я все-таки буду очень стараться писать чаще (ОБЕЩАЮ))). И еще одна новость, я пишу на двух языках, может быть коряво, (я вообще не любитель писать и, скажу честно, писака из меня никакой), но я буду очень стараться писать чаще и побольше ) правда! 

А это пост собственно о пледе, который мы с моей мамой вязали для, еще не родившейся тогда девочки )) И шапочка такая милая получилась :) Вот бы Ева сейчас была такая маленькая, я бы ей много навязала разных шапулей. 

New Cushions

I already wrote about these two Christmassy cushions some time ago. This was an order, but the customer disappeared and I decided to leave them. And I've already finished the Bavarian one! They don't go well with each other but I like them all :) 

 Here comes my new home inhabitant - Tilda Deer. I sewed HIM by myself without sewing machine and knitted a sweater of my fave color. So the deer is totally handmade :)

Wrapping presents: a small how-to

2. glue gun

3. your imagination and a cup of coffee :)

Christmas Project

It is snowing now!!!! Hurray!!! I'm so excited right now so that I decided to write a post about my Christmas project :) I've finished it today. Wanted to make postcards for my dear friends to congratulate  them. 

So to make apostcard like this you will need: 

1. yarn

2. scissors

3. colourful paper

4. crepe paper

5. glue

6. beads 

I took my favourite colours but you can choose any colours. 

Bavarian Pattern Or Yarn Eater

Well my lovely readers....here is the post about a beautiful and unusual pattern. And I should say it's a rare one! It is called Bavarian or there is one more name "yarn eater". It was my Mommy who wanted to try this pattern first! So I had to find out what pattern it was and how it should be crocheted. I didn't find a good pattern in the internet so I draw my own. 

Here is my first experience in Bavarian crocheting :)) and I succeeded I believe :) It was a cushion cover for my lovely friend I began crocheting. So here are some pictures from my Instagram

I took these colours because my friend loves them and they go with her room perfectly!

How It All Began

Hello Lovelies :) nice to meet you here! I'm so excited to tell you the story how I began to crochet. 

So....long-long ago....when I was a child my Mom showed me how to crochet and to knit :) But I didn't like it then. Since then much time has passed! One winter day I woke up and saw a lovely knitted sweater in a magazine. And so I khew I wanted to have that sweater :)  The same day I went to the yarn store and bought everything for knitting. I was very happy that day. 

But really addicted to crocheting and knitting I became before my pregnancy! I wanted to crochet a cozy colourful blanket :) Here are some pictures of me and my hubby waiting Eva :))) and THE BLANKET :) My first great project. 

A New Order For Two Christmassy Cushion Сovers

Now I'm going to tell about a new order for two cushion covers :) 

One girl found me via social networks. She is a young photographer and she wanted something so Christmassy and winter for winter photo shooting. I've chosen 6 colours for the first cover! I liked them because they remind me of the first white snow, cranberries and mulled wine :) This cushion cover turned out to be so cosy.
